ANNUAL PORTAL UPDATE:During the month of October, all parents/guardians are encouraged to complete the Annual Portal Update on the Campus Parent Portal. Completion will greatly assist faculty and staff stay in communication with your student and their household and non-household contacts. The process takes no more than 10 minutes to complete. You will be asked to confirm addresses, phone numbers, notification preferences, emergency contacts, and more. First, log into your Campus Parent Portal account on a desktop browser or on the mobile app. Second, navigate to Menu > More > Annual Update and Registration. Third, select the 2025-26 Annual Portal Update and follow the prompts. Instructions are attached. You can find the Campus Portal link on the District's webpage, brethartebullfrogs.org. NEW USER? Are you a new Bret Harte Campus Portal user? Parent/guardians, you should have received an email titled, "Bret Harte: Parent Portal Access | Activation Key(s)," after the school office approved your Online Registration application for your student(s)' enrollment for the upcoming school year. If you cannot locate the email, please contact Technology to request your unique activation key. Include your name and your student(s)' names in the email. Students received their Campus Student Portal user information, school email, and District-issued devices at the Freshman & New Student Orientation held on August 12, 2025.
